أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ ٥ فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ ٥ وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ ٥ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ ٥ الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ ٥ الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُونَ ٥ وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ
Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. So woe to the praying ones, Who are unmindful of their prayers, Who do (good) to be seen, And withhold the necessaries of life.
بھلا تم نے اس شخص کو دیکھا جو (روزِ) جزا کو جھٹلاتا ہے؟ یہ وہی (بدبخت) ہے، جو یتیم کو دھکے دیتا ہے۔ اور فقیر کو کھانا کھلانے کے لیے( لوگوں کو) ترغیب نہیں دیتا۔ تو ایسے نمازیوں کی خرابی ہے۔ جو نماز کی طرف سے غافل رہتے ہیں ۔ جو ریا کاری کرتے ہیں۔ اور برتنے کی چیزیں عاریتہً نہیں دیتے۔
